As an established parking management and transportation logistics company, Allpro Parking (Allpro) is well known and recognized in Buffalo, but lesser-known in its downstate markets in Pennsylvania and Ohio. To expand their footprint and keep the brand top of mind with existing clients in markets beyond Western New York, we revitalized the brand to illustrate and enhance its beloved tagline – Experience the Professional Difference™.
Working closely with the Leadership Team, Insight researched and analyzed the industry landscape, held interviews with stakeholders across the company, developed new messaging to resonate with Allpro’s diverse audiences, and designed a new, unique aesthetic to suit the new brand.
Aggregating this information into a Communication Audit and setting the plan in a Communication Strategy, we rolled out the new brand through updated sales collateral and brochures, visual identity, promotional items, social media, and press releases. We also devised an email newsletter, The Dispatch, distributed monthly to employees and shareholders to share exciting updates about Allpro’s services, new hires, initiatives, and more.
